Doug is originally from Baltimore but has lived all over the United States including New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He’s happy to call Tennessee home since 1994. He keeps us all organized and works with integrity and excellence. Doug loves spending time with his wife and three daughters, cooking, woodworking, exploring the outdoors, and music.

Kaitlin recently moved here from California but is originally an East Coast native raised in Newport News, Virginia. Before joining us at Pannell Graham Construction, she worked in an environmental laboratory. Kaitlin loves cooking, baking, camping and outdoor activities with her husband. She is excited to explore more of the East Coast!

Sav is a Knoxville native with over nine years of administrative experience. She is currently studying at the University of Tennessee to become a Licensed Social Worker specializing in clinical counseling. In her spare time she enjoys exploring with her husband, reading a good book, or making a killer charcuterie board.
