Doug is originally from Baltimore but has lived all over the United States including New York, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He’s happy to call Tennessee home since 1994. He keeps us all organized and works with integrity and excellence. Doug loves spending time with his wife and three daughters, cooking, woodworking, exploring the outdoors, and music.

Caroline has over fifteen years of administrative experience including marketing, event planning, and as a Notary. She graduated from MTSU where she studied Communications and Music. Born and raised right here in Knoxville, TN, she’s a proud wife and mother of three.

Kaitlin recently moved here from California but is originally an East Coast native raised in Newport News, Virginia. Before joining us at Pannell Construction, she worked in an environmental laboratory. Kaitlin loves cooking, baking, camping and outdoor activities with her husband. She is excited to explore more of the East Coast!

Savannah is a Knoxville native with over eight years of administrative experience. She is currently studying to become a clinical counselor with the University of Tennessee. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her husband or reading a good book.
