Isaac founded Pannell Construction in 2020. Born and raised right here in Knoxville, TN, he is proud to serve his hometown. He has been a Licensed General Contractor for 5 years specializing in Historic Restoration and Small Commercial Projects, but has completed many Custom Homes, Residential Additions, and Remodels. He is committed to excellence and honest communication. Isaac loves helping small business owners thrive and co-owns several small businesses. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and investing in the Non-Profit he co-owns.

Cole has over twenty years of combined experience in residential and commercial construction and interior wall finishings. He is confident and able to tackle any challenge that a project may present. In his spare time, he enjoys music and spending time with his wife and children.

Rick is from Oak Ridge, TN. He built his first home in 1995 and thoroughly enjoys making dreams come true and the friendships made along the way. When he’s not working he enjoys cooking, fishing, and traveling. He has a wonderful family with his wife including four children of his own and three fantastic step- children.

Charlie is new to Tennessee and has over twenty years of experience in construction. He takes pride in showing excellent craftsmanship and customer service. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family, going out on his boat, and shooting. We are glad to have him as part of our team.

Josh has been a general contractor for seventeen years. He also runs Mission Phoenix which provides resources and community to Veterans in Maryville, TN. He has been married to his wife for over twenty-five years and enjoys spending time with his daughter, traveling to Europe, and multiethnic foods.

Daniel is from Knoxville, TN. Daniel began working in construction back in 2002 specializing in coatings and finishes. He enjoys building relationships with clients and peers and spending time with family.

Mark was born and raised in California and recently moved to Tennessee. He started working in construction in 1977 as an apprentice carpenter with his father’s construction company. Eventually, he began working in the fire protection industry where he spent the last 40 years running projects from residential homes, multi-story apartments, grocery stores, high rises, and military projects. He has been married to the same wonderful woman for the past 44 years and they have five children including triplets. He enjoys spending time with his wife, four grandchildren, working on home projects, and is involved with his church.

Reece is from Oak Ridge, TN and has over ten years of experience in residential construction. He enjoys traveling to Haiti with his wife for medical mission trips. When he's not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and reading.

Jason is from Waynesboro, VA. He has over three years experience in residential construction and three years at Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys spending time with his wife, gardening, and camping.

Derrick is from Wartburg, TN and has over eight years in the construction industry. He specializes in residential and commercial electric work. Derrick enjoys working hard, staying busy, and spending time with his family.

Levi is from Harriman, TN and has over six yeas of residential construction experience. He not only takes pride in his work but enjoys building relationships along the way. When he’s not working, he he enjoys making music, fitness, and spending time with his girlfriend and her dog.
